If you enroll in one of the medical plans, you will receive new BCBS ID cards before the new plan year begins. Use your old card through 12/31.
Confirm Your Information
Confirm your contact information and dependent eligibility during Open Enrollment so your new ID cards are sent to the correct address.

Check that your providers are in the BCBS network and update any doctor’s offices or pharmacies with your new ID number when you receive it.
